LaPiS 018 – School of Fish

What better way to illustrate a school of fish than with a picture of some dried anchovy (or more popularly known in the Philippines as “dilis”).  This is usually served as an appetizer or as a side dish because of its saltiness and crunchy texture.  A warning, though, goes out to all those people with sensitive noses as the smell of this dried delicacy is tops on the “funky” scale.
